In 2016, 12 skilled carpenters from the DMCI Homes Construction Team were handpicked to restore Casa Real in Acacia Estates, Taguig—a heritage structure rebuilt from a century-old Manila home. Today, that small team has grown into a group of around 400 craftsmen creating the customized interior finishes that define the look and feel of DMCI Homes projects.
